My name is Angela Grayson, creator of Loving Life Fitness and host of the podcast. Thank you for allowing me to continue to grow, by sharing examples of overcoming life's struggles. On a daily basis I train and guide each client by helping them prioritize their body, mind and soul so they can feel more healthy. I help them find the perseverance, drive and knowledge to keep moving forward to achieve their goals. Through my leadership they have the stamina, energy and mindset they need to go through life’s challenges and come out on top, and ultimately... Be happy, healthy and love their life.

Krissy Seiple is an Occupational Therapist and the Program Director of the Adaptive Sports and Recreation Program at Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation in Daytona Beach, FL. Krissy is dedicated to making it possible for those with disabilities or physical challenges, to participate in daily sports and recreation events with the use of adaptive sports equipment. The best part about the program is that it is supported by non-profit sources and all of the events are free to participants, their families and health care providers. Volunteers are always needed. We invite you to listen in as Krissy shares her passion and opens her heart to help those who think they cannot participate, and allow them to feel happy, whole and accomplished.
Brooks Rehabilitation is the recognized leader for providing a system of world-class rehabilitation solutions. Brooks offers a variety of health and wellness programs to promote the physical, social and emotional well-being of individuals with disabilities. There is a shared goal of fostering relationships and building a sense of community across all of the programs. Brooks believes in giving back so they are offered at little or no cost to participants of all ages.
Brooks Rehabilitation offers the most comprehensive adaptive sports and recreation program in the country, providing fun and fitness for people of all ages living with a physical disability. Program participants can enjoy competitive or recreational team and individual sports, plus a variety of other wellness and fitness activities.
They are now offering a hybrid program featuring both virtual and live activities. They have introduced safety guidelines in accordance with CDC guidance at our live programs in order to provide a safe and fun experience for our participants. Whichever route you choose, please make plans to join!
